Acura RSX caliper pins HELP?

Ok here's the deal I just recently needed a new caliper because the old one seized up. I had success with that and installed new pads and rotors on that side as well. However while attempting to replace the pads and rotors on the other side I stripped the caliper hex bolt...its now round and i don't know what to do? I ordered a new caliper pin/bolt kit and im hoping that if i drill the head off the bolt but leave the bolt stem in the caliper pin i can remove the pin and just put a new one in. Is this possible to do or is that bolt holding the whole thing in? Again the shop manual dosent go into too much detail about how this is put together.. Below i have a link highlighting the bolt i stripped...its not my car but the bolt is exactly like this one. Your help is greatly appreciated and may save me time and money. http://changingbrakes.com/images/honda-civic-brake-change-brake-caliper-bolts.jpg Its the one to the left of the highlighted one at the bottom( so its the lower bolt in person)Acura RSX caliper pins HELP?
That bolt works as the caliper slide pin, so it goes through the piston housing and bolts into the caliper bracket. The bolt kit you bought should include 2 of them, so make sure it does and then work on getting the bolt out:

If you can't get a grip on the bolt's head, pull back the rubber boot and use vise grips to clamp down on the shaft and try to rotate and loosen it from the bracket. Use a lot of PB Blaster or some other penetrating oil.

Worst case scenario is that the bolt won't come out and you'll have to get a complete caliper assembly.
