What do you mean by worn down are there just small shallow grooves in it? Or does it have real deep grooves and places that are gouged out?Either way you can have them turned just as long as they aren't down below the minimum thickness already if they are they need to be replaced but as far as how long they will last it will just eat up your brake pads sooner but past that you can still drive it normallyHow long will a worn brake rotor last?
It will last until it break into two pieces, seen that a couple of times in my career.
Why can't you find a replacement? A special order takes a couple of days. unless you car is very old and rare.
